Selling a unique home


We have a lovely, unique home that may not appeal to someone looking for a traditional home in a subdivision.  We are in a great location and in a great school district.  We realize that we will not get the same traffic that a more traditional home would get, so what advice would you give for marketing a unique home to attract buyers? We are working with a realtor and are listed on Zillow, but have not had any interest in almost 3 months.

I have more questions than advice at this moment.  We do not know the price, location or absorption rates for the area.  It is difficult to tell from looking at the photo, it looks non-traditional but attractive.  What is the condition of the interior, age, upgrades,  etc..  We also do not know how it is being marketed, do you have a gallery of photos, has a video been made of the property....?
