I will be renting our home through Realtors for the 2012 season, at the same time I would like to list it for sale in  2012, is that possible?

You can always give the rent money to the new owner, The problem is that you (me) just don't know how long it's going to take to move a house. There are two houses on our lane, 6 mil and 1.8 mil that have been sitting there for 2-3 years. I thought if I could rent for 2 or 3 weeks and still list it- get some exposure.
