it is a great tool However I don't send the report to them, I send the ifnormation from the report and the little graphs (via screen shot) because, when you send the listing report, it has the zestimate on there and you have to revisit the whole conversation how the low zestimate is not causing buyers to run for the hills and I end up defending zillow rather than sharing information and showing them how much traffic it gets.
but with that information no on there, I can just show them the page views and they can see that it was worth it to use an agent that puts it on zillow.
would be GREAT if you let us customize the report or just leave the zestimate off.. if they want to look at the zestimate they can go look. the truth is zestimates don't scare buyers away but sellers think they do and this report reminds them of that fear.

The Premier Agent on our team does not send the one from Zillow, he sends the one through 'that other real estate website', because there isn't the Zestimate factor.
The option of forwarding a PDF report directly to the client with a link back to the agents webpage or email would be better in this situation.
