It is not safe to regularly drink the well water in this area because of the chemicals used to treat it.

The house is on public sewer.  The water supply is via a very deep well that has soft water (no problems in the shower) and tastes great!  It's so good that I think I could bottle it as fresh spring water!  Are you interested in seeing the house?  It is available for immediate delivery.
