Short Sale Approval LetterMade an offer on a Short Sale Home the owner signed off and then offer went to the bank for approval the bank countered and I accepted the offer the owner signed addendum and then it went back to the bank so this should be a done deal right I should get the house because I accepted the banks offer right. I started the financing process and my lender tried to schedule the appraisel but when they contacted the listing agent she said she is still waiting for the stamped acceptance approval letter from the bank B of A. What could be holding it up? My buyers agent said if I accepted the banks counter the house is mine...Is it possible it's not? Location MI.
