WOW sillowfixer, you may want to read the TOS.  If you want to participate in the advice forum, usually that entails providing a service not chastising someone for asking a question.

Anywhoo!

Although I don't have access to the local MLS, it doesn't seem to be a short sale, usually that requires upfront disclosure.  There is a link towards the bottom of the page where you can drop a note directly to the listing agent.

Thanks for your insulting answer.  Is it that hard to answer a simple question???  I do have an agent, but as with everthing else, they are quite busy, so I do some research on my own, while my Agent is looking for me and when I find something, I have my Agent show it to me.  You can be certain that we won't be looking at any of your Lisitings.  And don't bother with another dumb reply.
