It is not to hard. It is just to expensive.

Why do REAs exist when dinosaurs, cavemen, etc. became extinct?

Buying a home is only as difficult as you decide to make it. If you work with a lender who can offer you options, then it may not be difficult at all. If you choose to work with a lender who only offers one or two options, and has underwriting overlays that accept only the best borrowers, then you might. It all depends on how you've managed your credit, your income and a few other factors. I would advise shopping around and working with a lender you know, like and trust. Do not settle for whatever your bank or credit union may offer you, independent loan professionals or brokerages often have options that your bank simply can't give you. Be a smart consumer, shop around.

@Scott

Zillow removed the body of the post because it essentially was spam. The original poster is not a buyer or seller looking for an answer, but a lender looking for clients. I'm pretty sure she really isn't that interested in your advice on lending.
