Fortunately, none of them "come out"; All the original adult teeth are still in place, including the eye teeth and wisdom teeth, in spite of the dentist stating there wasn't enough room and they would never come in.

Just because George Washington had every tooth pulled each time he got a toothache doesn't mean that anyone else would do that. And just because he kept a set of wood teeth on a shelf for display and wore a set of baddly stained ivory teeth in public doesn't mean that others would follow his example.

I'm still amased at how tall he was. You would never know from the pictures.

Well, Linda is getting even further behind on "answering each question". About 200 new questions today, but Linda only did about 35 posts today. That means she never got to about 88% of the new questions. And she still has all those previous 155 thousand questions to answer.

Of course I'm skilled and experienced; but I don't do "inspections" for insurance and liability reasons.

Now what is the big deal about driving 3 blocks out of the way to see a house that has a "for-sale" sign out front, especially if it is about 50% below county median?

Perhaps someone else may want to take it off the seller's hands? Or perhaps someone should offer another $100k less?

It may sound "creepy"; but it is a very effective way to get the so called "professionals" to think about what they are posting... and what resolution they are uploading those photos, and possibly reduce the
"advertisement" type comments.

Besides, I wasn't the one suggesting anyone post risque photos. And we already know Zillow doesn't delete those either. They still have a policy of keeping every photo ever uploaded on the WEB SERVER FOREVER! Even though many have told them the policy should be changed, including me.

And while they are at it, they can represent themselves for buynig and selling real estate and make lots of money on the commissions they pay themselves!
