Should I be concerned that our new loan processor doesn't have access to our file? While waiting for our loan to go to/get out of underwriting our loan processor was fired or quit. We were having an issue getting responses or accurate info, and then we were notified that our loan processor no longer works for our bank. The following day we were contacted by a new processor who told us that she doesn't have access to our file, and we needed to resubmit all of our documents. The whole thing made me feel uneasy, and a bit disappointed that we have had to sign multiple extensions because of the situation. How would the new loan processor not have access to the stack of documents we had sent already? and where did they go?December 02 2012 - US00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
