Jon, "Many Realtors are considering now education in Property Management as a way to diversify"
Does that mean many realtors are having a hard time making ends meet now so they need to find something else to bring home a paycheck?
If so it makes sense to diversify this way. It is applicable to the previous job knowledge and would be a benefit in the future knowing more than one aspect of real estate.

Many Realtors are considering now education in Property Management as a way to diversify and yet it indicates that buyers are choosing to rent instead of buy to actually protect their future. That may change but presently the trend is beginning to gain steam.

If you are an agent and you are asking this about your own market, I would probably recommend renting.

What fluctuations in the housing market??? It is generally just a "bubble correction"!
The fluctuations in the Zestimates is an entirely different issue, and I'm presently working on a study on that issue.
Besides, there already is a very recent thread on rent verses buy... Realtors® might even learn something from it:
Buy versus Rent the age old question
(But for some reason most Realtors® seem to be more interested in "marketing" than actually knowing or learning something).

a discussion? you only discuss it with your self! and your basic start out is insulting to renters,"not cut out to be home owners... due to bad credit, unstable jobs, etc."

Should I buy or rent considering the flucuations in the Housing Market?
