Should I consider a refi with my existing lender?

Woudl my closing costs be lower?  They quoted me 3.375 fixed 15 yr.  625 processing costs, 385 appraisal, 2,300 3rd party costs.  Is Wells Fargo.  Thoughts?

I would simply like to add that price is important, but it's only relevant if you actually close.  Be sure you are comfortable with the lending institution and their representative.  Typically referrals are the best way to do that.

Don't feel the need to stay with the same lender.  Shop around and do whats best for you.  Many of the big lenders are charging higher rates because they can.

compare a few other lenders  ( ask for same exact rate  and loan amount and call on same day ) ..then compare

Also  you might ask same lenders you comparison shop for  other rate / fee options  as you might be able to save paying thousands in fees  if you are Ok with a slightly higher rate .....

If you had a great loan process the first time then yes! nothing makes a lender feel better then a refi with them!  Loans are on the same guidelines right now so shopping around  you will find it will be about the same
Best of luck
