Should I do traditional rental or short term/corporate leasing for higher price

We are moving in 4 months and will be out of state for at least a year. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1/2 duplex in Prestonwood area of Dallas. We have nice furnishing but cannot take any of it with us. We're trying to decide on renting furnished or unfurnished and short-term (for more $) vs. a traditional 12-13 month lease.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I see people be successful both ways.
Corporate leasing is probably more risky in many way.
You're on the hook for utilities...used or not.
People may not take care of the furniture the way you do.
More turnover also means more vacancy.
So if you can handle the swings in payments that may work.
Some people want that nice steady stream.

I do believe you are more likely to get a better group of candidates from a corporate leasing as no one wants their company to know that they are bad renters and leave the company on  the hook.  Good Luck
