Should I have problem to cash the check from Jenny Kaith and wire it to UK?

I have someone named Jenny Kaith who asked me to work for her. Yesterday I got a check and based on her instruction I need to cash it from my bank then deduct 10% and wire rest of money to UK. Is anyone knows that if check is cashed from my bank the bank will collect the money back if something happen?

You're being worked, this is an old scam and well documented on the internet. The check is going to bounce (but not until after you've wired the money) and you will be left answering to your bank.
