Should I refinance through Quicken Loans

I have a mortgage through Wells Fargo which began at 6.3% in 2007 for a 760 sq. foot condominium in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which I reduced over a year ago down to 5.4%. I would like to take advantage of the lower rates, but I am unable to go through Wells, as six months ago I was late on one mortgage payment. I don't know enough about closing costs and points to make an educated decision.

I am a Realtor in the Albuquerque area. I have several local mortgage lenders I can provide you with that you can seek out information from to help you make a decision regarding a possible refinance. Feel free to email me.

look up Quicken Home loans on a Google search.   You will see links to consumer complaint boards.   After reading the TON of complaints that they have, you can make your own decision,

Refinancing may still be an option even though you have one late within the last year.  I do not have any feelings towards Quicken Loans at the same time they are my competitor.  Reach out to me through my profile and I would be more than happy to discuss your options.
