Should I sell my condo or continue to rent it outI have a condo in Cincinnati in an up and coming neighborhood of Walnut Hills. I currently rent out my condo and break even paying mortgage and HOA. I believe my tenants would like to stay two more years (lease renews in July). The recent sales in the condo building have been strong but there are still a few available for sale.My question is should I put the condo on the market in May and see what happens or hold onto it as long as I have good renters in there for the next two years? Do you think the increasing interest rates will decrease the value of the property if I hold onto it for two more years?
