Honestly, I understand that your post is probably more of an observation of the volatility of Zillow's zestimates than a genuine concern about your true property value.
But, if you are seeking FMV (fair market value), a CMA (comps) report will be more accurate than a Zestimate, regardless of zestimate stability.
Although, based on your figure tracking, September values according to Zillow should trend back up! ;-)
