Significant drop in Zestimate

The estimate on my property (and identical ones in the same block) has dropped astronomically in the past year, in contradiction to the neighborhood trend. At 10/1/2010, my estimate was $553K, neighborhood average was $560K. At 6/11/2011, mine was $405K, neighborhood $586K. At 8/1/12011, mine was at $440K, and the neighborhood average had gone even higer, to $591K. This defies logic and I'm looking for an explanation.
