Talk to several realtors in your area and find one your are comfortable with. Most likely the seller will have an agent working for them and you should too.

Where did you see the property, was it on line, drive by, or news paper!
Usually an agent's or agency's phone number is with the ad! Of course if you are on on-line, the number or agent should be included in the listing. (click on it) ! says contact agent fill in the info. make sure you put in your phone number to contact you and property information.

Most people know a real estate agent or a friend who knows one!
Or go on-line type www.ColdwellBanker.com or a real estate company of your choice and select an agent in your area. However you are on zillow than select an agent from the city your are interested in.

Hi,
If you have not signed up with a Buyer's Agent yet, you definately should do that before you start looking at properties. This way when you see something you like yo have someone you can immediately contact to go show you the property.
Good Luck and Happy Househounting :)

Yeah I have a "QUESTION" why are you posting a spammy hotlink back to your site in every reply now. You're not a newbie.

If it's pre-foreclosure contact the owner or the lender. If it is FSBO contact the owner. If it is a short sale or REO have your agent or yourself contact the listing agent for further information.
Begin searching using the MLS. check out http://maps.google.com.

--Hi Sunny, I can't help but add a lines. :) Good day.--
You can also try to see if the property is on realtor.com, they have pretty good info and does tell you if a property is still available (with a lag sometimes).
You can also google the property's address with the words list price, for sale, sell etc... Just try to filter out the junk/outdated info..
Happy house hunting.

You have two choices. You can contact the Agent on the sign. You can find an Agent to help you. and have them contact the Agent on the sign. The second choice allows you to have an Agent work on your behalf who will be paid from the proceeds of the sale. You will not have to come up with money out of pocket to pay "your" Agent. The Agents will split the sales commission, and that is a Seller's side expense.

If a house is for sale by agent or owner on Zillow it will say for sale and have a red house icon on the map. If it is posted as a Make Me Move, it will say that at top of the age and have a blue icon on the map. Those houses usually have a contact person, email or phone number listed on the main house page under the small chart in the ownership section. You can click on the email button or give them a call.
If no contact info is listed, the house usually is not for sale. You can always call a local agent with the address to see if it is listed on the local MLS since not all houses listed for sale are on Zillow. Hope it helps.
