Single Family home - Zero lot line compared to condos - bad 'auto' comp selectionsThe zero lot line property type in California is classified as a single, detached condominium by the county; a classification that is somewhere in-between a traditional Single Family home and a traditional townhome/Condo, but closer to a single family home.. Houses in our neighborhood are never compared to other houses sold in the same neighborhood, but compared to other 'Attached' condominium complexes nearby. This is significantly undervaluing the homes in our particular neighborhood. Zillow should add the attached/detached modifier to the condo class to make sure that the system accurately compares houses in the same neighborhood. The examples are the houses in zip code 92808, on streets Wiley Way, Fallbrook way, heatherwood way, wildview terrace, and sunset crest. You can clearly see the Comps from the actual neighborhood are significantly different than the condos it seems to consistently pick for all of the houses in the neighborhood.May 27 2008 - US00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
