If using Internet Explorer 9, change it away from the compatibility view. Also turn off the smartfilter (under safety). Their recent changes don't sit well with IE 9.

Try to clear your cookies and cache.The steps on clearing your cookies and cache will depend on the browser that you are using, so try to google the steps on how to do so.

If that doesn't work, try to clear your temp files. For Windows click on Start > type run > type in \windows\temp and delete all the files on the folder that will pop up. Feel free to reply to this thread if you still need assistance regarding this issue.
