Smiple Staging Ideas That Make A Big Impact

I am always amazed on how simple changes can make a huge difference in the apperance in any given room.  And how abrupt changes between rooms can really through a buyer off a property.  Things need to be simple, neutral and flow.

"simpe,neutral and flow"- very true. Sometimes rearranging existing furniture, small items have a huge impact how a house will appeal to potential buyers.

Nothing replaces a professional stager, but at the very least get an honest friend to tell you the truth about how your house really shows before you put your house on the market.
