So what i'm hearing is that a real estate attorney can not perform the full services that a realtor. So I met with the attorney today, he is asking for 3% of the sale,if deal fails I owe nothing, this is in writing, all of my concerned questions were answered, free and clear title search performed, inspection (he has a few he uses) financing(he has contacts in that world) negotiations with seller will be done, so much was discussed that he will do can not name them all here. The landlord did mention all i would need is an Attorney since he is not going to use a sellers agent, It seems he will be using his Mothers Attorney because the house must be sold as condition of her WillFebruary 16 2012 - US00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
