Solar systemsWhy doesn't zillow have a place for information about solar systems on the homes listed, a place for the owner to input the size of it so that it can be used in the zillow estimate. The California Board of Realtors give them a value. I have an 8KW system on my home and your estimated value does not take into consideration of the added value. A simple check block with a place to enter the KW size would help fix that so you could reflect the increase. Realtors here tell me they add no value! So why would anyone in their right mind invest thousands of dollars to reduce energy costs, not to be able to recoup some of it when they sell the property?June 30 2013 - Visalia11YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
