Our records show that this listing comes from an automated listings feed with platform.point2.com as the source. Now, if you wish to remove this listing or update its status to Sold, you would need do it directly from the source so that the change will also be reflected on Zillow.

I sold the lake lot on 07/15/08 for $270,000.00. how do I tell you to stop the add and set a sale price. g.s.l.

Here are the steps to do so:
1. Log in to your account on Zillow.
2. Go to Favorite Homes and click on the property address.
3. On the home details page, click on "Tell us it's for sale".
4. On the next page, choose "Sold" on the drop down box and enter the sold price and the date it was sold.
5. Finally, tick on the disclaimer and click on "Create Your Listing".
