Zillow gets "recently sold" data via 3rd party data collectors from the county public records data, NOT any MLS, nor HUD-1 forms!
That data you are requesting is not "public record" at the county level.
If you need that, contact the listing agent. The listing agent has the info. And if it was listed on Zillow, the source of the listing will still be in the price history.
Besides, if you want to see how poorly agents perform, the "days on market" reflect more on the listing agent rather than the selling agent. (Technically, there is no such thing as a "buying agent"; they are all called the "selling agent" in the multiples and the contracts).
