Not surprised, Zillow.com is a simple free tool for home owners, but it is not considered accurate nor up-to-date.  They will use the public information such as the wrong sold price for their Zestimate, which is nothing more than a guesstimate to begin with.  If you want too, call or contact Zillow's customer service to see about getting it fix.  That value, the Zestimate is not used by anyone in the RE industry, because we know it is not accurate.
