According to our local MLS Program there were over 80 homes sold in Boise Id in a week. If you check recently sold for Boise in Zillow it say 23 sold homes starting 10/15/2010. Check with a local agent to see if they can help you.

Sometimes when doing a search, it's best to start general first then narrow the search. For instance only search for Redmond, WA 89053... then go from there.

It's amazing what on little change can bring up.

It takes time for sold properties to come to Zillow form the local sources. In my area, it can take 3 weeks- about 2 months depending on the county the property was recorded in. I don't think that Zillow's solds mislead people. Besides if you want closed information on the day after close you can always ask your local recorder's office for it in most states.

Sometime the data doesn't match the criteria you've requested.....maybe reduce the Baths to 1.5+. I ran the search and did find 5 homes.

Sold property are misleading
I have done a search with the following attributs:
Min price $200,000, Max price $280,000, No BD 3, No Bath 2 for Redmond WA 98053
I did not get any result, although I know at least one property was sold in this area with attributs that I mentioned.
