I am looking at homes in Solterra and am looking for advice on the future of this area. The homes I am looking at are small one bedrooms in the 425k range. Anyone have opinions on the future outlook of this neighborhood. Thanks.

Spam like this will put you on Santa's naughty list. You might want to check out the Good Neighbor policy here and the guidelines for posting here. Hope it helps.

Seriously we should talk.  At $425 you have better options.  Solterra isn't your worry.  The area is fantastic.  It's the builders who you have to shop.  Their prices are pretty high.  You should be able to build your custom home for about $110-120 a square foot.  Check out [link removed by moderator] .  These guys are local builders backed by a national company.  Your at the point where I am sure you are leary to responde to anyone from the internet. But believe me, you need to shop around.  Most builders will give you a very open ended final price, that they never seem to be able to stick to.  You need someone who can give you a fixed bid.  You might also try [link removed by moderator] If you'd like to speak with someone who has helped loads of people with custom homes, then call me.
