Seriously we should talk. At $425 you have better options. Solterra isn't your worry. The area is fantastic. It's the builders who you have to shop. Their prices are pretty high. You should be able to build your custom home for about $110-120 a square foot. Check out [link removed by moderator] . These guys are local builders backed by a national company. Your at the point where I am sure you are leary to responde to anyone from the internet. But believe me, you need to shop around. Most builders will give you a very open ended final price, that they never seem to be able to stick to. You need someone who can give you a fixed bid.
