Some of my own listings on Zillow are not in the "my listings", help! how do I claim them?

We used to be able to "claim" our own listings and this service seems to be gone.  For some reason, some of my listings are on ZIllow, but not showing up in "My Listings" so I am not able to edit, add, etc.  What can I do?

Hi janie_coffey -

FrancisTeam is correct. If your listings are coming to us via feed and they are not showing up under your profile, check with your feed provider to change the email address to match your email account on Zillow. Once we re-run the feed, all your listings should show up under your profile.

Thank you.

Make sure all of your emails from the site it pulls from matches the email you are using for Zillow.
