I agree with Jerry. If they are a licensed Realtor - you can report them to the board for an ethics violation.
A much quicker way would be to call her Broker and let them know you will file a complaint against the brokerage - which they don't want to deal with.
Third would be a small claims action - or larger - for damages.
If you have a friend who is an attorney - have them send a cease and desist letter.
I would continue to notify Zillow in the hopes of getting her banned.

I would approach the agent first and document asking them to remove it. If they refuse, then report.

I removed this listing from Zillow. Looks like the agent you bought this house from early this year did not remove the listing from his/her listing syndication.

teddyzzz,
Some properties come in through an automatic feed.
Report a problem at the bottom of your properties page.
Jerry_C is correct in the suggestion to report the agent.
We are not allowed to advertise a listing if we do not have an agreement to do so.
The California Department of real estate has license and broker information should you decide to contact the broker.

Report them to the local board or Realtors and the state association of Realtors (CAR in CA).

Some realtor has hijacked my house
