At least in my view, no agent needed for this baby....
Go to your taxing entity - for example, here in El Paso, Texas it is
El Paso Central Appraisal District - and there search by street, last name, PID, or subdivision.
Example: search by street and the results will show every address on the street, owner name, and PID. Click on any PID and the full page report will show incliding size , valuation, exemptions, taxes and so on.
THEN maybe you need a Realtor to help you understand the data. If you're asking with an eye to protest your taxes, an agent could help. If you are asking with an eye to understand the value of your house, then the CAD info is only a piece of that puzzle.

Patty,
The best way is to contact an agent who has the majoritory of homes in your subdivision. They will be familiar with homes that have sold and will
be able to pull up the homes sold that are comparable to yours and they can send you a list of those homes. They even have reports just for this
that will list the homes per square foot. Hope this helps,
Penny
Someone told me that I could compare our taxes to comparible houses in the area. Where do I go to?
