Interesting, so despite the fact that you classify the property as "condo" (I presume you actually listed it) Zillow is still unable to sort them appropriately...in all honesty I don't know how county records will solve this - appears to be a zillow software issue since the property is clearly listed as a condo - there's no reason for a search to pull it unless their program is fubar.

This is what a representative from Zillow told me:
I sent your email on to others that deal on the technical side.
But the ultimate fix to the problem should be solved when Cook County sells us their data files on all the houses in Chicago. They told me that this would be available the week after the 4th, but it isn't ready yet. I am staying on top of them the best I can to get this data. Once we have that, it will clean up the database significantly.
