Spring Market in CT

If you are in the process of buying or selling a property then you have probably heard that it is best to wait until after the holiday. Some may advise to wait until the spring to market your property. I have seen lots of traffic at open houses in town already this year and feel like this is the time to start seriously looking if you plan on moving in the next 6-8 months. If you wait then that perfect house or perfect buyer might miss you. Banks are still lending money for cheap and you could be in your dream home before summer.
