Square Footage Incorrect?

Profile picture for rentoner
Youâ??ve listed for sale at 2294 sf, but King County Assessor shows only 2250 sf. Have there been additions that have not been permitted or recorded w/ the County, or is 2250 sf correct? County Assessor won't often have sf wrong.
