The MLS listing for this house states the square footage is 1,680sf. Zillow says 2,520. Which is correct?

Zillow has been wrong many many times, so I would imagine that the MLS listing is correct in this case. The listing agent should have went to town hall and pulled the street card and deed giving them the correct square footage.
