I see you are an agent, if this is your listing, you can fix the square footage. If this is your listing, why is your square footage incorrect anyway?When you put in your information, it should have updated it.

You can claim your house and edit your home facts immediately. Go to your main home page and use the yellow "Edit" pencil under the main house photo to claim your house and then you will be able to "edit the facts" with a link in that same menu on your home page.

The change to your home facts is immediate. If there is a change in your Zestimate as a result of the edited facts, that takes a little longer to show up in the Zestimate. I think I read that it takes 6-8 weeks to show up in the numbers if it is going to. Hope it helps.
