I'm looking at houses in Chandler, AZ. Why is square footage missing from the description? It used to show there. What's the deal?

We get the home information from the public records in each county. It is collected, aggregated, and sent to us by data providers who regularly update their information.

Our accuracy in data varies per region. There are some counties that provide all the information we need whereas the others are lacking in some important information.

I have some more detail for you ...

We recently received a batch of incorrect sq. ft. data from our data providers. While we are working with them to resolve this issue we have removed the sq. ft. from the houses that were impacted. Your sq. ft. should be back on the home's detail page within a few weeks.

In the mean time - you could post your correct sq. ft. on your home's page -- just click on "edit home details."
