Anyone out there in Zillow-land ever had an experience with renters who pay a month or two of rent, then decide to stay a while for free? I just went through such an experience, and there are still a lot of loose ends to tie up, but I've got a lot of questions I'd like answers to, such as, how to get even with these scumbags.... I welcome any advice and suggestions.

I don't know if it's worth it. It seems like all the laws are in the favor of the renter...

I have to agree. I know many that do this and getting judgements against these scum bags is as worthless as the paper they are written on. Best bet, PRESCREEN RENTERS well!
