You may be able to find them out there with a much higher down payment as well as a higher interest rate due to the loan risk when not verifying anything.

Good Luck on it!

Hi,

You may be able to qualify with a different type of income calculation. Stated loans should all be going away Jan 10th (must close before then) once the qualified mortgage rule takes place. We have a couple of different ways to calculate income vs the typical 2 year tax return used for conventional loans.

There are lenders like myself that still do No Doc Loans, but we usually require anywhere from 30%-40% down. So you will still have some down payment money to come up with if you wanted this type of loan. I still recommend that you shop around and speak with lenders to see if there is anything we can do for you. he best thing for you to go is to shop around and speak with a lender. Well I hope this helps, if you have any other questions or need a loan please contact me through the information on my profile page. I hope this helps and good luck!

The only way to find out if you qualify for a loan is to cal up a lender and find out.

You will find the old No Doc loan a hard one to find these days after it about single handedly took down the real estate finance market a few years ago. It will be back, it has gone and came back before, it will again but only after our economy takes off.
