actually since last week was the 1 year anniversary of the "mortgage meltdown" and we are all still here must mean we are all doing something right. It has been a tough year with all the changes but the cream always rises to the top. Those that do this job for all the right reasons with good ethics will survive. Kudos to all of us. The industry needed a good house cleaning and it is getting it.

Did you read Fannie's earnings statement today? The vast majority of the defaults are in ALT A, about 50% of their total defaults. If current trends continue, that rate reset will be pointless.

We have smores whenever we have pit parties (fire pit), which was like all the time before the hubby left.
I love 'smores, they just don't love me. I usually feel quite disgusting when I eat them, but we should have them and sing kumbaya.
i cant remember when is the last time I had one either. I used to love em too, but I am 42 now, and cant blow off the tonnage that i used to.

We usually eat smores and drink beer by the fire, then things get out of control around midnight or 1am and we start having "mallow" fights. I think it is easier to work off mallow then wash off mallow!!!
