Still looking for financing for property with two houses

I have closed on a property like this using my local credit union, which charges 6.75% fixed for 15 years. I'm looking to buy a few more properties like this if I can find a better rate. I know there are at least two comps and there likely are more than two.

Have the realtor/agent or one you have worked with in the past get your comps. Depending, you may need as many as six to eight sales in the past three months.

If you can't get the comps a zero interes rate would be useless.
