Well, I was finally told today it was approved on one condition: my line of credit amount was to freeze at my present loan balance. No big deal.
Thanks to ALL here!!! This is where I got all my answers and questions from. I am still to this day telling my first & second mtg. Co the new rules and regulations! thanks to this forum! If I was not on top of this 24/7, this would have never had happen!
I went from 6.625 to 4.875 saving $360 per month/130K over 30 yrs.
Was told a closing date will be set by the end of the week.
