When this question was asked in 2010, Zillow did not have agent reviews available, but now they do. If you have worked with a great agent, ask them to send you a review form so that you can let everyone know how much your appreciated their professional services.

The most appreciated would be a heartfelt letter to your agent. 3rd party testimonials are often used by top agents to help promote themselves to future clients.... however, the absolute best thing you can do.... refer him/her to other people you know.

There are sites that you may do a review (testimonial) on your agent such as Zillow, and Trulia. I am sure your agent would appriciate this.

There are two things you can do that he will thoroughly appreciate. First write a testimonial letter and allow him to post it on his site or in any other advertising he see fit. Second, refer your friends and family to him. There is nothing better as an agent that a referral from a past client.

Sounds like a good agent for buyers. I have a small firm of 6 buyer agents in CT. We only work with buyers, in all transactions, and we open to adding another good buyer agent. Feel welcome to let him know, in case he is looking for a change.

YELP is the largest review site, and many Realtor reviews, both positive and not so positive are there.

That's wonderful that you have found such a dedicated and knowledgeable agent! I think the highest form of flattery for any agent is referring him or her to your friends and family. Most Realtors rely heavily on referals from loyal clients like yourself to keep our business thriving. I'm sure your agent would be thrilled to know that you would reccomend him or her to anyone you know who may be looking to buy or sell a home.

Some agents have a 'testimonial' page on their websites.
And since 80 percent of folks nowadays begin their search for a new home on the internet, that's a good place for an agent to post positive reviews.
There was an agent in my office that got a listing strictly because the homeowner liked her web page (and presumably her picture, etc) And this was a homeowner in her 80s! So yes, people do pay attention to websites.

There are several websites that allow you to give customer reviews. The most obvious one in my mind is Google. Just Google the name of the Realtor/Agency, and click on the blue text "write a review" that appears under their name and address. There are others including IncredibleAgents.com. You might consider asking your Realtor what websites he or she thinks are the most relevant.
Sounds like you are fortunate to have such a dedicated agent and your agent is equally blessed to be appreciated.
Good luck.

It is so nice that you have had such a terrific experience with your agent that you want to share. As far as I know, there is no place on Zillow to rate an agent like you would a lender, but you could rate them on a site like this here or you could also offer to give them a letter to use on their website or as part of their marketing materials.
One of the best recommendations you can give your agent is a referral to another client looking for a good agent. People are always looking for a good one and if you have one make sure to give them the highest compliment and refer them.
