Do you think I like these ridiculous e-mails from people like your self asking If my house is for sale for a fraction of what it is worth? I have tried several times and ways. I was unsuccessful. Zillow is not user friendly.

This must have been a typo when the agent entered the listing. The listing price is 549,900 according to http://www.coldwellbanker.com/servlet/PropertyListing?action=detail&ComColdwellbankerDataProperty_id=10925012&page=property
