TO ALL REALTORS. How many deals in 2012 fell through for you or your company? And why?

I'm trying to do a study on if 2012 was a good year for us Realtor or it became more unpredictable and uncertain.  Please answer the question honestly.

2 = cold feet
1 = changed minds after home inspection
1 = buyer went goofy asking the bank for lower price and bank sold it to someone else (REO)

1- Seller backed out days before close (sold the buyer another property)
1- Buyer got screwed by the listing agent dropping their commission to beat the offer and double end a sale at 4% (2% difference was worth $28,000)
1- My listing didn't take advise and when offered more than market value still wouldn't accept offer, I dropped the listing at that point.
