All properties are listed on Zillow. Zillow is an information site but not so much a valuation site. It has zestimates as starting points but nothing to take seriously.

zillow publishes their zestimate, their opinion of home value, for everybody, not simply homeowners. they will not remove their zestimate for any reason short of an actual court injunction. if they did do this it would have a negative impact on the data available and could hurt their zestimates of surrounding properties.
