You have ignored the 30,000 I have spent the last year in upgrades and show my value at a very wrong amount so please take my home off your site as soon as possible!

All properties are listed on Zillow. Zillow is an information site but not so much a valuation site. It has zestimates as starting points but nothing to take seriously.

You can make adjustments on your property however.

zillow publishes their zestimate, their opinion of home value, for everybody, not simply homeowners. they will not remove their zestimate for any reason short of an actual court injunction. if they did do this it would have a negative impact on the data available and could hurt their zestimates of surrounding properties.

Here is a way for you to enter the improvements that you've made to your property.  (click on the link) There is a really great video here about how to do it.
Zillow is simply working from the data that is provided by your local county website.  There are also some videos on how they do this and what to expect from the site.
