Renters insurance is IN GENERAL wise and sometimes required. However, if your property (Personal) would cost less than 6 months premiums. (WHICH IS VERY RARE) then you might no want to spend the money. Generally everyone will say buy it but there are in fact circumstances where it is not necc.
