Hi Jack, You will find that the longitude and latitude settings are actually the culprit. Many programs round off the decimal points to the nearest whole number and the location identified is off by a few houses or blocks depending on the program.
I have a program for my listings and modify the locations of my listing to make sure they are correct on my website.

It seems to be a common problem in Kent County that the road segments are coded incorrectly for even/odd. Zillow is not the source of the error. REGIS and the Grand Valley Metro Council do the data entry, but they charge very high prices to provide the correct information to services like Zillow.





The Bird's eye picture you show as 3855 Bridgestone Drive is NOT that home. It is house #12 Nettles
