Great Barrington continues to be the "Boom Town of the Berkshires."

The Berkshire Board of Realtors has compiled statistics for the third quarter (July - September) of 2011 which shows Great Barrington dollar volume is the highest since 2006.

All the best,

I would love to see some stats on your area. Was 2006 the peak of your market or did it peak later like mine did?
