Is this house really straddling two lots, or was the subdivision replatted and are the plat lines shown on the view on Zillow out of date? Has a title search indicated any problems regarding the location of the house over the property line?

The street maps are buggy.  They come from different providers, the satellite views come from other providers, etc.  It works great sometimes, not so great others.

Title search is your best bet.
